Discovery Air (Canada) announces commencement of operations of its newest subsidiary, Discovery Air Technical Services, which will provide MRO services from its facility at Quebec City’s Jean Lesage International Airport. First contract to assist with ERJ145 overhaul work on behalf of European operator.

Bombardier filed for trademarks in Canada on “CS500” and “CS900” aircraft, indicating possible 150 seat and 190 seat versions of new CSeries.

Pluna (Uruguay) takes delivery of its second of three CRJ900s from Bombardier, with third aircraft arriving in November 2010.
