Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing (China) and Eaton (US) to form joint venture

Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing (China), subsidiary of COMAC, and Eaton (US) to form joint venture to support C919 with facility to be based in Shanghai and focused on fuel and hydraulic conveyance systems. C919 program value for venture estimated at US$1.8 billion for anticipated 2,500 aircraft.


Nova Airlines (Sudan) to become member of IATA Clearing House.

Kenya Airways to sell 15 percent of 49 percent stake it holds in Precision Air (Tanzania) to investors in Tanzania by the end of 2010.
