SpiceJet (India) to recruit 150 pilots and 300 cabin crew to launch expanded domestic operations from June 2011 out of Hyderabad. Carrier to use Q400s and focus on short routes in southern India.

Camair-Co (Cameroon) signs five-year agreements with Lufthansa Systems (Germany) for each of following: NetLine SP planning and control solution, Lido/RouteManual navigation charts, Lido/FPLS flight planning service, Lido/TakeOff and Lido/Landing performance modules and Lido/FMS navigation data.

Ethiopian Airlines signs agreement with Boeing to participate in B777 Component Services Program, which is offered jointly by Boeing and AFI KLM E&M. Ethiopian’s agreement covers three B777-200LRs.
